Start by frying NATURLI’ The Burger on a hot pan with oil until it is done.
Secondly, for the base start cooking the vegan bread in NATURLI’ Vegan Block until it is golden on both sides.
To not burn the bread make sure the temperature is not too high.
Meanwhile while the bread is cooking, we can start preparing your Bearnaise mayo!
Take a bowl where you can place NATURLI’ Mayo, finely chopped tarragon and a teaspoon of Bearnaise essence.
Mix all the ingredients until the mixture looks smooth.
On the plate place the horseradish, capers, onions.
Decorate your Vegan Beuf Tartare and with placing beetroot on the top and serve with Bearnaise mayo.
