Falafel Masala


1. Blend all the paste ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Sauté the spice paste in a pan, stirring, for a couple of minutes.
3. Add water gradually and let the paste simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine and mix everything well.
4. Shape the falafel into appropriate-sized patties. Sauté the falafel in a pan for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then, place the falafel in the sauce and let it all simmer for a while.
5. Cook rice or cauliflower rice. Serve with fresh cilantro on top.
