Boil the spaghetti according to the instruction on the package.
Firstly, fry onion and garlic in our Vegan Block, add Naturli Minced and fry it for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
In addition you can add some red wine and let it boil down.
Secondly, chop the tomatoes and mix them into the Minced along with tomato purée.
Let the bolognese boil at medium heat without the lid for approximately 10 minutes.
If the sauce needs fluid, add some vegetable bouillon and ad salt and pepper.
Serve the spaghetti with fresh basil and vegan parmesan.
You have to consider that even though the recipe is easy, it can take up some time. To make the most of the vegan bolognese sauce, one has to follow Italian cooking technique. Thus, finely diced vegetables that are slowly sautéed to caramelise. And together with NATURLI’ minced, it will soak up all the flavour. Let it simmer for a while. The longer the better!
To get most of the vegan pasta bolognese, do not forget to season it with some herbs, garlic and a splash of olive oil will just make everything more Italian like and smooth. Feel free to add more spices for your own preferences and wishes!
