Boil the spaghetti according to the instruction on the package.
Fry onion and garlic in our Vegan Block, add Minced and fry it for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Add some red wine and let it boil down.
Chop the tomatoes and mix them into the Minced along with tomato purée.
Let the bolognese boil at medium heat without the lid for approximately 10 minutes.
If the sauce needs fluid, add some vegetable bouillon and ad salt and pepper.
Serve the spaghetti with fresh basil and vegan parmesan.
