Mushroom soup


1. Melt Vegan Block in a saucepan and add finely chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are soft. Then add the mushrooms and let it fry for 3-5 minutes.

2. Sprinkle the flour over, stir well and fry for a few more minutes.

3. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

4. Turn down to low heat, add Oat Cuisine to achieve the desired consistency and season with salt, pepper and more thyme if wanted.

Try serving it with toasted bread and a mushroom spread!
