Open Supreme Burger with chili hummus, lamb’s lettuce, vegan mayo, sautéed mushrooms, and beet sprouts on top, served with sweet potato fries on the side.
1. Wash the mushrooms and roughly chop them. Sauté them in a pan with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper over high heat until they are golden.
2. Sauté NATURLI’ Supreme Burgers in the pan for 8-10 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Warm the burger bun in the oven.
4. Spread half of the bun with vegan mayo, then add plenty of lamb’s lettuce on top. Next, place the burger, chili hummus, and sautéed mushrooms on top. Top it with sprouts.
5. Serve it with crispy sweet potato fries.
