Henrik’s tomato soup


1. Cut the onions into small cubes and sauté with pressed garlic cloves in a little Vegan Block. Add the spices.

2. Add tomato wedges, canned tomatoes, concentrated tomato paste and vegetable broth. Bring it to a boil, cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Blend the soup.

4. Pour in NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine and bring it to a simmer.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. If wanted, add soup horns and garnish with fresh oregano.
