Shake with Salted Caramel and Almond Drink


Start by opening the tin of coconut milk without shaking it. Scoop out the set cream at the top of the tin and set it aside in a bowl.
Meanwhile melt the sugar on a pan or in a pot, until it is golden brown. When removing it from the heat, stir in the Naturli’ Spreadable and the salt. Mix everything well together.

Add 1 tbsp of the set coconut milk to the mixture and stir it until it has been incorporated, when it is incorporated you pour it into a jug.

Whisk the remainder of the set coconut milk until it resembles whipped cream.

Blend the almond drink with 6 ice cubes and half of the remaining liquid from the coconut milk tin and pour it into a glass or another jug.
Top it off with the whipped coconut cream and pour the caramel sauce on top.

Serve it with a spoon and some chocolate biscuits.
