Cut diagonally down all the way around the stem of the white cabbage to cut it out.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil – there should be enough water to cover the whole cabbage. Add vinegar and salt and boil the white cabbage for 5 min. Let it cool slightly to avoid getting burned!
Remove the leaves from the white cabbage, one by one, and leave them to dry for later use.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic until soft. Add all the spices, chopped tomato and tomato paste and fry it all for a few minutes over medium-high heat.
Add NATURLI’ Shape Me, red lentils and flour and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1-2 tbsp. of minced mixture to each leaf and roll them to create small packages.
Place the cabbage rolls in a fireproof dish with the folded side down. Bake at 175°C hot air for approx. 30 min.
