Start by preparing the caramel. Melt Vegan Block in a pot and add brown sugar and cinnamon. Let it simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Be carefull not to burn in!
Meanwhile grease your tin with either Vegan Block or oil.
Add a few æbleskiver to the caramel and cover them in caramel. Then transfer them to the tin and continue until all æbleskiver has been covered in caramel. Finish by pouring any leftovers of the caramel over the æbleskiver.
Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it cool before serving – the caramel will be VERY hot!
