1. Peel the onion and put it in a food processor.
2. Add NATURLI’ Minced, bouillon powder, Havre Cuisine, melted Vegan Block, pepper and allspice and run it in the food processor until you have your desired consistency. The longer you chop it, the finer the pâté will be in the end.
3. Grease 2 oven proof molds with Vegan Block and pour in your mixture. We used two molds of 12.5 x 8.5 x 4 cm. Tip: Bake one now and keep the other one in the freezer.
4. Bake your Christmas Pâté at 200° hot air for 30 minutes -or until golden. If desired, serve with crispy NATURLI’ Seitan. Bon appetite!
