Boil the potatoes for approx. 10 minutes and slice them up.
Chop the parsley and garlic neatly and mix them with NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine, Vegan Block, Oat drink and 1 cup of Grate Me. Mix all of this with salt and black pepper.
Place the sliced potatoes in an ovenproof dish and pour the creamy sauce on top. Make sure it covers all the potatoes. Top off with another cup of NATURLI’ Grate Me.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 175°C and serve for dinner. Perhaps with a nice vegan Christmas Wellington.
