Grill sliced zucchini, eggplant and potato. Smooth tomato sauce over the pizza base and scatter with vegetables. Add some chopped garlic and top off with grated vegan cheese and dried rosemary.

Bake in the oven at 230 degrees or use a pizza stone on the grill until the vegan cheese is melting.
