Recipe:
Add NATURLI’ Vegan Block, syrup and brown sugar to a saucepan and let it melt together.
Take the pan off the heat and transfer the mass to a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients while stirring. Knead the dough and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Roll the dough to approx. 1.5 cm thickness and use cookies cutters to make cookies in the shape you want.
Bake at 170°C hot air for 8-10 min.
To take the Lebkuchen to the next level, you can decorate the cookies with melted chocolate. Let the cookies cool before decorating.
