Danish Christmas Rice porridge


Bring the water to a boil.

Add the rice and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, to let the rice absorb the water. Then add NATURLI’ Rice Drink.

Bring it to the boil again and let it boil while stirring for 5-10 min. Take it off the heat and put the lid on. Now wrap the pot in a towel and then put the porridge under the duvet. It is important that the pot is wrapped well so that it retains the heat!

Leave it under the duvet for 2-3 hours – for health reasons it cannot stand any longer. Use some of the time to mix the sugar and cinnamon so that your cinnamon sugar is ready for later.
The last step is to give the porridge a quick boil again, so that the consistency is absolutely perfect. Season to taste with salt and serve with cinnamon sugar and plenty of Vegan Block.
