Dutch oven bread

Method

A Dutch oven (or another suitable oven-proof pot) – approx. 20 cm diameter
Warm half of the rice milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
Blend the other half of the rice milk with the cleaned spinach.
Mix the flour, blended spinach, rapeseed oil and salt in the yeast solution.
Leave the dough to rise for at least 1 hour.

Melt a generous amount of Naturli’ Organic Spreadable in the Dutch oven.

Empty the dough directly into the greased Dutch oven.
Place the lid on and bake the bread for approx. 30 minutes at 250  C (standard oven).
Tip the bread out of the Dutch oven and leave to cool on an oven rack.
