Chanterelle toast

Method

Slice the bread and toast the slices in the oven or in a pan.

Clean the mushrooms and toast them together with rosemary in a little Naturli’ Organic Spreadable on high heat.

Add plant-based cream, add salt and pepper to taste and allow to cook a little.
Serve the creamy mushrooms on bread with fresh-ground pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.
