Blend the cauliflower florets in a food processor. Together with onion, until it looks granular.
Mix the blend with Naturli’ Organic Spreadable, chickpea flour, cornflour, onion powder, salt and water in a bowl.
Then separate the dough into 16 parts and form oblong, flat buns.
Fry in oil or Naturli’ Organic Spreadable for about 4-5 minutes on each side on a medium heat.
Serve with, e.g. baked tomatoes, green salad and Naturli’ ‘A la Cotto’.
