Pitta Bread with
Organic Falafel

Method

Roll the falafal dough into small, even-sized balls – a teaspoon may help. Use a deep-fryer or an ordinary saucepan with oil for deep frying. It is important to have plenty of oil in the saucepan
to let the falafels float freely.

Slice beetroot into thin slices and rinse the lettuce, pea sprouts and radishes.

Mix together Naturli’ vegan mayonnaise and chili flakes.

Warm the pitta bread and stuff with lettuce, pea sprouts, beetroot and falafel, then top with Vegan Mayo.

Serve with radishes and the rest of the Vegan Mayo.
