Method

 

Warm tortilla

Fry the Chick-free in some coconut oil with the spices.

Cut the avocado into slices and finely grate the squash

Arrange the tortilla with slices of avocado, Chick-free, pickled red onions, squash, cheese, and coriander, sprinkle with lime juice.

Garnish with the sauces before serving.
