Miso Chick Free Burger with Shiitake Mushrooms


Slice mushrooms and fry them with NATURLI’ Chick Free at medium heat for about 5 – 6 minutes until the bites turns golden. Add onions, garlic and strips of red pepper after the first 3 minutes. The Chick Free pieces will absorb excess water from the Shiitake mushrooms and the other ingredients. Leaving the Naturli Chick Free with a delicious juicy and tender taste. Season the mixture with chilli and miso.

Meanwhile, make the dressing using vinegar and sugar. Add chopped red onion and chunks of peeled cucumber. Mix it well, while seasoning it with salt and black sesame seeds.

Moreover, making the avocado mole, grate the ginger and place every ingredients in a small bowl. Mash the avocado with the chopped coriander and lime juice until it is combined and has a creamy texture. Season with salt.

Assemble the burger by spreading the buns with the creamy avocado mole, placing the chick free / Shiitake mixture on the bottom half of the bun.
Add the dressing, close the burger and sink your mouthwatering teeth into it.
