Gluten-free buckwheat buns

Method

Pour the water into a bowl and add the yeast. Stir until the yeast has dissolved and then add Naturli’ Organic Spreadable and fiberHUSK (baking agent made from psyllium husk powder).

Mix the rest of the ingredients in the order shown above (tip: the dough will have a sticky consistence).

Use a spoon to lay enough dough for a single bun on the greaseproof paper. Repeat until all of the dough has been used.

Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.

Set the oven to 180  C standard oven and bake the buns for 30–40 minutes.
