Cupcake Frosting


Take the NATURLI’ Spreadable out of the fridge 5 minutes before you begin. Consequently it will make the consistency better for mixing.

Firstly, mix icing sugar, cocoa and spreadable in a bowl until the spreadable is “pulverised”. However, you can use crushed raspberries instead of cocoa, depending on your preferences. Start whisking the mixture with a hand mixer at low or medium speed.

Secondly, add 2 teaspoons of your favorite Oat Drink and whisk the mixture again for another 5 minutes at high speed, until the frosting feels light and airy.

Thirdly, to top off your cupcakes/cakes with the frosting, use a piping bag. After that put it aside in the fridge until it is time to serve.
