Chocolate Brownie with Blueberry Mousse


Blend your favorite Oat Drink with maple syrup, Naturli’ Organic Spreadable and the black beans. After this has been blended, start folding the baking powder and wheat flour into the batter together with the melted chocolate, followed by the finely chopped dates and walnuts.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan assisted and bake the chocolate brownie in the oven for 20 minutes and let it cool completely.

While the chocolate brownie cools down start mixing the tofu and blueberries in a bowl and add the syrup and vanilla powder. Heat up the mousse and add the agar agar to make the mousse firmer in its consistency.

Cut the cooled chocolate brownie into squares and top it with the blueberry mousse, fresh blueberries, pomegranate seeds and mint.

Tip: You can fill up a piping bag with the mousse and pipe it onto the squares to give it a nice finish.
