Fry the NATURLI’ Chick Free on a pan at medium to high heat for 3 – 4 minutes until the pieces turn golden.

If you want you can warm the bread in the oven or the microwave for a minute or two.
Put some water on the both sides of the bread before putting it in the oven to give it a softer feel.

While you are warming your bread, rinse the lettuce, the cucumber and pea shoots. Slice the cucumber, potatoes followed by chopping the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Next step is to find mix the plant-based cream and chopped chives together.

Now to the assembling of the pita!
Pour a little dressing into the pita pocket and the lettuce. Then add Chick free and tomatoes together with the cucumber and cooked lentils.
Repeat the process as long as you have room for it.
