Melt NATURLI’ Spreadable in a pan and whisk flour to make a roux. Combine Vegetable broth and NATURLI Soy drink and add it to the pan little by little. Whisk in between to make sure you don’t get any lumps! Bring it to a boil and let the sauce boil while stirring for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust the consistency with NATURLI’ Oat Cuisine. You want a nice thick sauce.
Fry NATURLI‘ Chick free in a little NATURLI’ Spreadable until golden brown.
Add Chick free, asparagus, peas and parsley to the sauce.
Heat the tartlets in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
Fill the warm tartlets with Chick free sauce and garnish with parsley.
Finish it off with black pepper and a little sprinkle of salt.
Serve for Christmas lunch.
