Use a big pot for popping the corn kernels. Fry them in the oil until they pop and put them aside.
Use another pot to melt the sugar until it’s light brown. Add the NATURLI’ Vegan Block and mix it gently together to make a smooth caramel sauce. Careful not to burn it. Remove the pan from the stove and add the baking soda.
Pour the popcorn into the caramel sauce and make sure they all get coated. Spread the finished popcorn on a tray with parchment paper – spread them out as they will stick to each other!
