BBQ smokey burger

Method

Toast the bun.
Fry onion in Naturli’ Organic Spreadable for a couple of minutes and sprinkle sugar onto the onions and allow to caramelise.

Shape a burger made from “The Burger” or Naturli’ Minced and fry it in Naturli’ Organic Spreadable Add a tbsp. BBQ sauce onto the burger and fry the burger.

Make your burger from bottom-up. Spread BBC sauce on the bottom half of the bun, alfalfa shoots, add burger, add more BBQ sauce, onions, pickled cucumber and to finish, put the top of the bun on.
