Lemon Almonds


Start by placing the almonds in boiling water, remove from the heat and leave the almonds in the water for 15 minutes. Then blanche the almonds and let them dry on a clean dishtowel.

Heat Naturli’ Organic Spreadable in a large pan. Add the almonds and fry until golden – approx. 10 minutes. Add grated lemon rind and salt.

Remove the pan from the heat and allow the almonds to cool down completely on grease-absorbing paper. Once cooled, put them into a glass.
